How To Get Everything In The 2023 Halloween Update
The latest update features new weapons, outfits, occult items, skinwalker items, and more. Each item will require players to accomplish certain tasks so break it all down for you, keep reading to learn how to unlock everything from this Halloween update.
Lightning Recurve Bow & Cultist Outfit
The Lightning Recurve Bow and Cultist outfit can be acquired by killing the First Lady in the Tribal Forest. You can only get one bow from this drop.
Model 3 Lightning & Mad Scientist Outfit
Model 3 Lightning is a new weapon that comes with this 2023 update. To collect it, you will need to give two pieces of Thunderstruck loot to Dr. Lazarus. He’ll automatically get his son to start the experiment so follow him.
On the way to his lab, collect some empty vials. Continue to follow him until he gets downstairs. Make sure to join the event when the popup shows up on your screen.
You’ll watch a cutscene that’s reminiscent of Frankenstein’s monster where Dr. Lazarus gets zapped with streams of lightning. After this, talk to Pastor to get the Extractor Melee. Go around the map and kill zombies.
Make sure to use the Extractor Melee to collect their blood. In total, you’ll need 50 vials of electrified blood. Join the event in the popup. You should be able to collect the Model 3 Lightning and the Mad Scientist Outfit.
Occult Items (Occult Mule & Demon Hunter Set)
To get the occult items, kill the Wendigo and pick up one of the ribs it drops. Look for Jane and hand her the rib.
You should be able to find her wandering around the map. After giving her the rib, you’ll unlock the Occult Mule and the Demon Hunter outfit.
Occult Blade
To get the Occult Blade, kill Jane or any other Demon Hunter. This blade does 40 damage and has two swing animations.
Skinwalker Items
To get these items, you’ll need to collect the blood of a Bison, Bear, and Deer. Once you accomplish this, drop them in the middle of the Tribal Forest and shoot the vials.
This will trigger a Skinwalker to spawn. Fight it and win. It should drop either a Jaw, Skull, or Bone.
Depending on which of the three it drops, handing it to the Chief Wanbli at the Reservation Camp will unlock either a: Skinwalker Spear, Skeleton Mask, Deer Mask, or Skinwalker Bow.
Kill the Skinwalker multiple times to get all the items from Chief Wanbli.
Flood Lantern
Kill an NPC named Colburt to get the Flood Lantern.
Lightning Hair & Moustache
To get these Halloween cosmetics, simply get struck by lightning.
Wendigo Drops & UFO Drops
Killing the Wendigo and UFOs will drop the same things as the previous year.
