Home Neat Home is a Bronze trophy in Sea of Stars. It can be received for building a Spa, an Inn, a Shop and a Fishing Hut in Mirth. This achievement is worth 15 Gamerscore. This guide breaks down how to get the trophy.
Home Neat Home Trophy Guide | All Building Plans & NPCS
Rainbow Conch is a collectible item in Sea Of Stars, tradable for valuable items and from the merchant. To get “Home Neat Home” trophy, you will need to collect 39 Rainbow Conches first. Once you’ve collected them, you will need to go to the conch merchant Mirna in Docarria Lake. She will give you the plans to the buildings in Mirth:
- Inn – 4 conches
- Shop – 19 conches
- Fishing Hut – 22 conches
- Spa – 39 conches.
Note: You need to have progressed past the point in the story where Mirth is built.
After receiving the plans, go to Mirth and give all four building plans to Jirard the Constructionist. This step will get you the “Home Neat Home” trophy. Congratulations!
Where To Find The NPCs To Work In The Buildings
To get the businesses started, you will need to find NPCs to work in the buildings. This step is not necessary for “Home Neat Home”, but it is necessary for other achievements such as “New Garl + and True Ending”.
Inn
For the inn, talk to Edgar in Lucent Town. His brother is a recently unemployed innkeeper, so you will be able to hire him to run your inn.
Fishing Hut
For the fishing hut, you will need to talk to the Master Fisherman in Mooncradle. He already wants to settle down, and gladly accepts your offer to run the fishing hut.
Shop
For the shop, you will need to talk to the Merchant in Lake Docarria. He will accept your invitation and move with his family to Mirth and run your shop.
Spa
Finally, for the spa, you will need to talk to Chi in the Stonemasons Outpost. She will gladly move to Mirth and run your spa.
Note: Before you can hire Chi, you will need to help her by getting the water running again. Once you do it, you’ll find her chilling in the bathtub. After that you will be able to hire her for the spa.
