Shadovia has been making the rounds lately and is getting a lot of well-deserved attention, but with every new Roblox game there will always come a time where things start to get confusing.
What do you even do when the tutorial is over, and you’re left on your own?
Of course this is every game’s special way of telling you to go figure things out for yourself. However, there’s never any real harm in speeding things up.
So, with that pep talk out of the way, come join us on this exciting new adventure and read the complete beginner’s guide below!
Complete Beginner’s Guide
When you first spawn into the game, you’ll have almost nothing on you. What you can do to start is by doing quests in the nearby Starter Town.
Each biome or area in the map will have a village of some sort filled with NPCs you can interact with. These are places where you can do your shopping as well.
Do Quests for NPCs
One of the NPCs you’ll interact with will be the Sheriff. NPCs are a great way to level up your character and progress through game in general.
They also give you unique weapons and rewards sometimes if you do enough or even clear all of their quests. You can track the quests they give by looking at the right side of your screen.
If you get to a new area like the Desert, your first priority should always be activating the Spawn Points. Do that by doing quests for NPCs.
The one for the Desert will be Carrot, she runs the desert Tavern that’s in the middle of the town square. Other places include the Brimstone, and the Mountain.
Visit the Shops When You Can
You also have the shops where you can buy basic things from the Young Smithy. The items he sell are very basic and will be enough to get you started.
Other shops include the Wandering Pilgrim’s Shop, The Old Cactus Shop, Desert Merchant’s Shop, and Goorian’s Shop on Slime Island.
Fuse Items At The Blacksmith
You can use some of the rewards you get from quest givers at the Blacksmith, every town will have one.
Options include Crafting, Upgrading your gear, and Weapon Fusion. All of these options will require materials that you can get from the mobs you kill outside of town.
Visit the Tomb in the Desert
The Desert will be one of the first places you’ll be visiting outside of the Starter Village. You can start talking to an NPC named Karim, the Noble when you get there.
You’d want to do a lot of quests for him if you want to unlock the Tomb that’s right next to the village.
The Tomb is everyone’s go-to place right now for farming materials and grinding levels. They’ll add more dungeons into the game later on.
And that’s the complete beginner’s guide to Shadovia. Get started with those quests if you want to survive what the Tomb has in store for you!
