The Seaking Update has finally arrived in Shadovia, which lets you come across the new boss of the same name. Along with the update, comes new weapons, and balance changes as well!
That means only one thing, there will be new best weapons in the game, to replace the Best Weapons from the recent patches.
In this guide, I’ll show you all the best weapons for the Seaking Update, as well as how to get them and why they’re considered as such!
How To Get New Best Weapons (Seaking Update)
Before we get into nitty-gritty, here’s a brief overview of what I consider the best weapons in the game. With the recent nerfs to the likes of Ying & Yang and the Orcan Sniper Rifle, let’s find out if they still belong to the list!
- Powered Shooter
- Stalactite Chaingun
- Tactical Powered Sniper
- Reaper Scythe
- Ying & Yang
- Orcan Sniper Rifle
- Seaking Bazooka
Also, I’ll mention a lot of the bosses in the game for the materials or prerequisites, so make sure that you’ve checked out our complete bosses guide in Shadovia, if you haven’t yet.
Not only that, but you’d need to have a good grasp of all the shops & their locations in the game! Check out our guide for that as well.
Now, let’s take a closer look on the details why these weapons are considered as the best, and how you can get them!
Powered Shooter
First up, we have the Powered Shooter, which crafted from the Pillager’s Shooter, and it’s called like that for a reason. Pretty much because it has very good DPS, although it requires a bit of grinding to get.
You’ll have to craft it by using the following materials:
- Powered Shooter Schematic – You can buy it from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop
- 7 Orcan Runes + 2 Orcium – Raid
- 5 Rough Leather
- 2 Orcan Gun Parts – Drops from Pillager Sniper in Raid; can also be bought from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop
- Pillager’s Shooter
In order to acquire the Pillager Shooter, you’ll have to kill a Pillager Ranger, and you’ll have a chance of obtaining it. However, the Pillager Ranger has to be within the Raid.
In case you didn’t know, the Pillar Rangers are located in the very far left side of the Savannah island.
And to trigger the Raid, you’ll have to wait for a prompt which says, “The Bell is ready”, and once you interact with the Bell, you’ll activate the Raid, where you can farm for the item.
Stalactite Chaingun
Up next, we have the Stalactite Chaingun, which I personally think is a highly underrated weapon that has showcased remarkable damage on DPS scales.
It may seem much straightforward, but it requires just as much work as the first entry. You’ll have to gather the following materials below and craft it:
- Stalactite Chaingun Schematic – You can buy it from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop
- 5 Orcan Runes, 2 Orcium – Raid
- 3 Rough Leather
- 1 Orcan Gun Parts – Drops from Pillager Sniper in Raid; can also be bought from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop
- Toothy Nailgun – 5 Iron Ingot + 6 Worm Tooth
Some of the materials with the “Orc–something” on their names will require you to participate in the Orc Raid (the same location for getting the Pillager Shooter).

Orcan Sniper Rifle
Then, we have the Orcan Sniper Rifle, which can be simply acquire by buying it from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop. It has been recently nerfed but it’s still quite a powerful weapon with good burst damage.
But if you’re looking for an even better sniper than this one, check out the next Sniper on the list!
Tactical Powered Sniper
Next on the list, we have the Tactical Powered Sniper, which similar to the 2 previous entries on the list, will also require you to participate in the Raid.
It has been nerfed, but it’s still a formidable option for burst damage. Here are the materials to craft this powerful gun:
- Tactical Powered Sniper Schematic – You can buy it from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop
- 11 Orcan Runes, 2 Orcium – Raid
- 2 Rough Leather
- 4 Orcan Gun Parts – Drops from Pillager Sniper in Raid; can also be bought from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop
- Orcan Sniper Rifle – You can buy it from Gunthorc in Orc Town Gun Shop
Reaper Scythe
The Reaper Scythe continues to shine as one of the most balanced and effective weapons in the game, offering excellent damage output.
The crafting process for the Reaper Scythe involves obtaining specific items through fusing and defeating bosses. To unlock the recipe, follow these steps:
- Abyssal Conduit (to fight Chancellor Boss):
- Purchase or fuse the Abyssal Conduit, available from the Ghoulsford NPC in the Vampire Castle during nighttime. Note that the shop may not always be open, so patience is key.
- Crafting the Abyssal Conduit:
- If you prefer crafting, obtain the legendary-grade white cube from the Vampire shop. Combine this cube with two Amethysts to create the Abyssal Conduit.
- 2 Rubies:
- Obtain 2 Rubies from the Giga Golem, which is not an exceedingly rare drop. To summon the Giga Golem, first, acquire a Stone Sigil by defeating regular golems.
- Other bosses as well like the Seaking.
- Obtain 2 Rubies from the Giga Golem, which is not an exceedingly rare drop. To summon the Giga Golem, first, acquire a Stone Sigil by defeating regular golems.
- Legendary Scythe:
- Fuse a Legendary Scythe from Mythic Scythes as part of the crafting process. Can be dropped by Grim Reaper.
- Vengeful Urn:
- To obtain the Vengeful Urn, you must defeat the Chancellor Boss. However, this requires the Abyssal Conduit, so make sure to complete the earlier steps.
Remember, the Vampire Castle’s shop may not be accessible at all times, so be patient and check back during different in-game days. Once you’ve gathered all the required components, you’ll be ready to craft the formidable Reaper Scythe.
Ying and Yang
Despite the recent nerfs, it’s still one of the best and strongest weapons in the game in terms of DPS. You can acquire the Ying and Yang through crafting only.
Simply put, in order to obtain the Ying and Yang, fuse a five-star mythic and a legendary item at the Blacksmith’s forge.
Also, if you’re looking for the best build to come together with the Ying & Yang, make sure to check out our guide for that as well!
Seaking Bazooka
Last but not least, we have the Seaking Bazooka, which is one of the latest additions to the weapon options in Shadovia.
I’ll keep it simple; someone has reached 6k DPS using this weapon, which basically means it’s the strongest weapon in terms of DPS – making it worthy of the list!
In order to get it, you’ll have to first have to defeat the Seaking (a new boss added this update), and you’ll have a whop-whop-whop 1% chance of acquiring the Seaking Bazooka, which will require you to grind for quite some time.
Although some players have reported that it can also be crafted through the materials you pick up from deafeating the Seaking.
For more details, check out this guide on how to get the Seaking location in Shadovia – Here, I’ll discuss exactly how you’ll able to spawn the boss!
And there you have it! These are all the best weapons in Shadovia as of the Seaking Update and how you can acquire them.
Keep in mind that the meta for Shadovia is very shaky. The developers love nerfing their weapons, so it’s up to you to consistently adjust to whatever option is left unnerfed (lol). If you have questions or concerns, feel free to leave them in the comments section below.
