This is the location where you will need to come in order to be able to find the Shoulder Straps of Radiance. On this very same location is where you will find a chest after you have climbed a little ledge.

After the chest looting, you can take a road up that will take you much higher along the wall and on a very higher level. Then you will find a cave tunnel that you can follow.

You will see a little wall on top of the tunnel that you will be following. Use your hooks to jump on top and break through it. Once you get through you will be inside a very small room where you can find a chest.
