The Honey Gordo can be found in Starlight Strand. You can refer to the image above to get an exact location as to where you can find him on the map.
The Honey Gordo blocks a path that leads to 2 treasure pods. To get to it, you will need to feed the creature you are looking to collect with 50 Fruits or 25 Mint Mango in order to get this big boy to blow up and get out of the way.
