How To Unlock The Other Islands – Slime Rancher 2

There are a total of 2 other islands that you can unlock in Slime Rancher 2.

First Island

You want to go ahead and pop your Cotton Gordo. To do this you will need to feed it all sorts of vegetables. And they can take a lot. The biggest food that they enjoy eating is carrots. So make sure that you will stack up on carrots and give them everything you got until they pop.

Then you will need to come to a particular kind of area. There will e be a portal taht might appear for you to be able to teleport and unlock the other islands. Simply get to the place where you will need to press a button.

Once you get there you will get inside a cave and there will be a big button that you can press. Once you press the button you will get a teleporter to appear on the west side of it. This all takes place on the Rainbow Island or particularly inside the Rainbow Fields.

Once you press the button a big beam will appear in the sky. That is how you know that you’re doing the right thing.

Second Island

For the other island, you will first want to Pop the Pink Gordo. You will need to do this to be able to access the button area too.

Then once you’ve popped the Pink Gordo you will do the same exact thing as before. You will first need to locate the button pressing location. This will be just north of the previous location or on the top side of the Rainbow Fields again.

Once you get inside the cave and press the button a beam will appear. This beam will then activate a teleporter that will appear and open up a road for the other island. That is how you will get the monument to drop down and you’ll get another island to play on.
