Slime Rancher 2 has tons of items that you’re able to suck up with your harvesting weapon tool. There are some things that are very hard to find and locate and they grow only in certain times of the day or night. In this guide, we will be talking about the Moondew Nectar and how and where you are able to find them. Let’s get started.
Where To Find Moondew Nectar – Slime Rancher 2
There is a special type of food that is newly added and is just in Slime Rancher 2 – it is the Honey Dew Nectar. This isn’t a vegetable nor a fruit. It is its own type of food. It grows in very specific ways.
The Honey Dew Nectar only comes from only one specific location on the map which is why it is crucial to know where you are able to get it from. Not only the location, but you will need to know where they spawn.
They are the flowers that spawn all the way up on the mountains. As you can see in the picture above, they are very high and far away from everything. That is why most of the time you won’t see yourself finding them very easily.
You will need to locate them and walk up to them in order to get the Honey Dew Nectar. This is what they look like up close.
They will drop the nectar only at night time. So when you’re looking for them, make sure that you try to find them in the night. Otherwise, you won’t get a nectar or anything as they don’t drop anything in the day. Each plant will drop only 1 nectar.
They are called Moondew nectar just because the main reason of their growth is under the moon, or in the night time. You are able to catch most of them in the night or somewhere in 8 in the morning. In this area, you’ll be able to collect more or less around 15 of them from one run.
The biggest problem for them is the render distance. They do not show up if you aren’t in their vicinity. That is why you will need to walk around high areas and look on top of trees to find them.
Keep looking for them in this particular area and you’ll get a lot of them.
That’s everything you need to know about where to find Moondew Nectar in Slime Rancher 2. We hope that this guide was helpful and got you lots of Moondews! Happy harvesting!
