Sol’s RNG: How To Complete The Altar Quest

The Hunt 2024 is still in full swing, and now Sol’s RNG is also participating in it. You can get some rewards for The Hunt in Sol’s RNG courtesy of some quests. Yes, we know there are a lot of badges and eggs to keep track of. As a result, we have compiled a How To Get All Badges guide where you can keep track of everything.

With that said, to get the rewards in Sol’s RNG, you’ll come across the Altar Quest at one point. A lot of players have found the Altar Quest quite confusing. Not to worry, we have you covered. In this guide, we’ll show you exactly how to complete the Altar Quest. Let’s dive in!

How To Complete The Altar Quest

To complete the Altar Quest in Sol’s RNG, you’ll need to go through the following steps:

1. Go to the hidden caves area from the waterfall area
2. Complete the obby and find the secret Altar location
3. Obtain the Unbound Aura and equip it
4. Perform the Ritual in the Altar to unlock it and complete the quest!

Hidden Caves Area Location

Starting off, to obtain the Altar Quest in Sol’s RNG, you’ll need to talk to the Lime NPC near the spawn area. You’ll be given the following quest where you need to locate the Altar.

The first thing you need to do is head to the hidden caves area. If you aren’t familiar with where it is, we’ve got you covered. Start by going to the ladder that you can find next to the waterfall near the spawn area.

After you climb this ladder, go all the way to the other side of the waterfall. Here, you’ll see another ladder, which you should climb up. After that, make your way towards the waterfall again.

Here, you should be able to make out a hidden entrance. Use it to get inside the caves area.

Complete Obby (Altar Location)

Once you’re in the hidden caves area of Sol’s RNG, navigate around until you come to an area with lanterns. This is the start of the obby that you’ll need to parkour through to get to the Altar.

You’ll see plenty of other players trying to complete it too.

At the end of the obby, it might look like there’s a dead end. But actually, there is an invisible wall that you can go through as indicated below.

Going through this invisible wall will bring you to the Altar location in Sol’s RNG. It will have a circle in the center, where you’ll be performing a ritual later.

Obtain Unbound Aura

For the next step in completing the Altar Quest, you’ll need to get a particular Aura. This is no ordinary Aura, as it is a special version of the Bounded Aura, known as Unbound.

To get the Unbound Aura, you’ll simply need to roll for it. Sounds easy enough, right?

Unfortunately, this Aura is also x100 times harder to get. The odds of getting the Unbound Aura are a whopping 1/20M! That’s right, you’ll need to count your lucky stars to even think of getting your hands on it.

If you still want to try for it, we recommend doing your daily quests so that you can get Fortune Potions. These potions will increase your luck and chances to get the Unbound Aura. Additionally, you will also be able to get more rolls by doing the daily quests.

However, the grind will still be unreal. It’s why a lot of players are quite unhappy with the Altar Quest. If you do somehow manage to get the Unbound Aura, then you’re almost done with the quest.

Perform the Altar Ritual (Complete Quest)

Once you have the Unbound Aura, make sure to equip it. After that, make your way to the center circle of the Altar. Over here, you’ll be performing a ritual.

To perform the ritual, you’ll need to type in certain words in order in the chat box. After every word, make sure to enter the word before typing the need. 

Here are the words that you need to type for the ritual in the exact order:

• absolute…
• repression…
• powerful…
• eternal…

Make sure that you type them exactly as we have mentioned here, since they are case sensitive. Once you finish the ritual, you’ll have unlocked the Altar.

Now you can return to the Lime NPC to turn in your quest and complete it. Doing so will also give you the UGC Lock Egg and x2 Heavenly Potions! Some pretty great rewards!
