Sonic Frontiers: Mechanical Collectible Quest Guide

Sonic Frontiers is all about fast paced gameplay. After all, you are playing as the fastest hedgehog in pop culture. While the core gameplay is Sonic racing through the different worlds and collecting rings, some times it’s nice to do something else. Like maybe some side quests for example. Going through the main story is important, but it’s also nice to do something else every once and a while, and side quests are perfect for that. In this one, we will be focusing on the Mechanical Collectible quest.

Mechanical Collectible Quest Guide – Sonic Frontiers

Mechanical Collectible is essentially a timed quest where you need to collect a set number of items in order to complete the quest. In this quest, you need to collect 600 screws and other items that are inside these boxes, that you need to break open by attacking them. You will have 140 seconds to complete the quest, so you need to hurry fast.

I recommend starting with the boxes in the starting area first before anything else. After you complete those and move on to the other platforms, I then recommend you target the platforms with the most number of boxes, or the ones with large boxes. The larger the box, or the most boxes in one platform, the easier you can complete the quest.
