There are 5 red equipment pieces that you can farm in the game. These pieces of equipment have different methods of unlocking and will only drop with very specific conditions – also they are all extremely rare.

| Heart of Ice | Everfrost Peaks | Defeat Noel Rex until the equipment drops |
| Binary Black Hole | Tower of Aeonia | Defeat the Varkolyn boss there until it drops |
