Each character in Soulstone Survivors offer different advantages that you can choose that suit your play style. There are the melee focused characters, the range focused characters, and many more that can be a combination of both. Choosing your character is important, as you need one that matches with how you play. If you prefer to be a melee tank, then it’s obvious a range character is not suitable for you. In this guide, we will show you one of the many characters you can choose from, which is the Spellblade.
Spellblade Character Complete Guide – Soulstone Survivors
The Spellblade is a melee focused character that can do large amounts of damage if you build the Spellblade right. There are some key skills that you should take note of that will benefit your Spellblade:
- Vulnerable increase damage of next hit for 30% to 200%
- Exposed increase damage of next hit for 20% to 50%
- Wound 50% status effect increase
- Fragility increase damage taken 3%
- Weapon 1: Slash applies AoE Vulnerable 30%
- Weapon 2: Arcane Slash applies Exposed 40%
You should also make sure the runes for your Spellblade are the following:
- Dash Mastery: Strongly recommended
- Recklessness: Strongly recommended
- Critical Mastery: Recommended
- Weapon Mastery: Not recommended, but good to have just in case
- Multicast Mastery: Not recommended, but good to have just in case
Other options include Purity, Reroll Mastery, and Generalist. Affinities should also be taken into consideration, like the Holy, Bomb, Chaos, Shadow, Nature affinities.
