In order to snag the Surge trophy in Spider-Man 2, you’ll have to complete a challenge where you’ll have to “Use Symbiote Abilities 25 times during Symbiote Surge.” It’s pretty simple, and I’m here to make it even simpler! In this guide, I’ll show you how to unlock this achievement, so you can get the sweet Plat trophy!

Use Symbiote Abilities 25 Times During Symbiote Surge

If you’re not sure how to activate the symbiote surge, it’s quite simple. Ensure you’re playing as Peter Parker (not Miles) and find yourself in a somewhat populated area.

The good news is you don’t have to do this all-in-one go. You can spread it across different locations.

NOTE: Prioritize these types of achievements before completing the map on 100%. Or else, you’ll have to wait for street “missions” to appear. And that going to take forever!

Just keep an eye on the bar in the top right corner of your screen. When it’s filled up and there are plenty of enemies around, press L3 and R3 to activate the Surge.

Once you’re in this mode, utilize your symbiote abilities, which are on the left side. Your goal is to use these abilities 25 times while in this mode.

Now, in case you haven’t unlocked it yet, make sure to check out this guide on Stealth Takedown 25 Enemies In Stealth From The Web Line for the Slack Line trophy!
