Starfield: How to Get Apartments

Can’t sleep on a ship forever, right?

Starfield is an amazing game that really touches on that inner childlike wonder that everyone has about space. What would it be like if we were living in space? Flying ships and jumping into hyperdrive to travel to other systems in the galaxy?

It is truly something that I wish we can do, but hey, Starfield is the second-best thing (besides Star Citizen and No Man’s Sky). But no one wants to live on a ship forever. Sometimes, it’s nice to have a home you can go to when you’re sick of space. Which is why in this guide, I will show you how you can get an apartment in Starfield.

How to Get Apartments

Before you can spend credits on a fancy new apartment, you will need to complete the UC Vanguard mission called Friends Like These.

This mission is the 5th mission in the UC Vanguard questline, so you will have to do the first four missions to get to this. Once you have completed the fifth mission, you will be rewarded with citizenship that will let you buy an apartment.

After getting your citizenship, go to Aphelion Realty and speak to Zora. Select the second option, and she will offer you an apartment located in the Well. The apartment costs 30,000 credits, so make sure that you have enough to buy it.

Once you do, you will be given a key to your apartment. You can come back sometime in the future to purchase another apartment if there is another on sale. But for now, you will need to visit your new apartment.

Follow the quest marker until it brings you to the Well. In the Well, you will need to follow it once again until you eventually reach the front door of your apartment. Open it and you will officially have your first ever apartment in Starfield.
