When you’re exploring a planet in Starfield that’s being inhabited by something that can walk on two legs, you tend to do reasonable things like keeping your weapon holstered. Another reasonable thing to do would be to look around for shops to offload the goods you have that nobody else wants.
This is where the Trade Authority comes in. Naturally they’ll have a sizeable outlet in New Atlantis, so you’re better off going there than having to deal with a kiosk. Read the short guide below if you haven’t found the store yet, you’re most likely over encumbered at this point already.
Trade Authority Location on New Atlantis
Most of the shops in New Atlantis are in The Well. On this planet, the Trade Authority outlet will be right next to Apex Electronics.
To get to The Well you’re going to have to use the elevator going down. You can find one of the elevators in the MAST District near the Transit Station. Choose “The Well” for a nice change of scenery.
Once you’re inside of The Well go straight and make a left turn. You’ll stumble upon the Trade Authority in an instant, a difficult place to miss as long as you’re in The Well.
Go inside and talk to Kaminski at the desk if you want to sell contraband or anything that’s no longer of any use to you. They’ll be happy to take anything off your hands, for a price.
