The mechanical army of Louis XVI has completely decimated anyone willing to stand against him, and the people who are left alive after are either trying to fight back or are hiding in fear. However, the resistance also has a weapon of their own, and that is Aegis. She is capable of doing things no ordinary person can due to her mechanical nature, like fighting the Automat. In this guide, we will show you how to reach the Automat in the Marble Courtyard that can be found in the region of Versailles.
How To Reach The Automat In The Marble Courtyard – Steelrising
After talking to the queen, you will get the objective to defeat the Automat in the Marble Courtyard. You will be starting just outside a different courtyard, with your destination being a faraway location.
Along the way, you will encounter a lot of enemies, especially mechanical dogs. You have the choice to either fight them or dodge them. If you are in a hurry, then you can simply sprint past the enemies and head straight to the location. Or if you need the extra XP, then you can fight the enemies. Be warned, there’s a lot of them.
Take note that you can follow the objective marker to where you need to go. It will always lead you to the right direction. There are instances where you will be confused as to where to go, but we will guide you in those instances.
After grappling up the wall, you will reach a location that looks like a park. Follow the path until you can see the first left, then continue that path. There will be dogs in the way, so be careful when you cross.
When you reach a stone courtyard with two enemies, turn right and head down the path towards the entrance to the Orangerie.
Go up the right set of stairs and turn right when you see the broken railing. Jump on the platforms all the way to the other side of the area.
Head right and you should see a gate with a lever next to it and a corpse on the other side. Use the lever to open the gate and grab the Replacement Lever from the corpse.
In the area, there are a ton of enemies in front of the entrance. There is also a mechanism that can open the gate, but you will need the Replacement Lever, which you should have by now. There is also a Carriage nearby should you wish to upgrade.
Take out the enemies and use the Replacement Lever to open the gate. Once the gate is open, head to the scaffolding and jump over the fence. Congratulations, you have finally made it to the Marble Courtyard to fight Automat. Just remember to have a ton of healing items, as well as save beforehand.
