Keller Location In Tower of Fantasy

In Tower of Fantasy there are named enemies called elite monsters and they’re often tougher than the normal ones. When fighting them along they can be a bit of a damage sponge though and with experienced players they don’t really become much of a threat. If you want to save time bring the best gear and consumables you can find and bring a party to take this elite monster down. This is where you find Keller in the game.

Keller can be found on the eastern side of the Urban Residential Area of Third City. This city is filled with all sorts of elite monsters, so it’s no surprise there. You can find Keller on the river to the east, use the image above and below for your reference.
