The most profitable crop in Farming Simulator 25 is Sugar Beets. The second-most profitable crop is Potatoes, followed by Spinach.

It’s important to remember that your harvest is influenced by several other factors like market prices, equipment for planting, field maintenance, harvesting rate, and weather conditions.

1. Sugar Beets

Sugar beet crops always gives the best return when you factor in revenue generated after and before all expenses.

2. Potatoes

Potato may take a long time to harvest and use up a lot of effort, but despite that, it is still one of the best. There is good equipment out there you can use to harvest potatoes as a single player.

The amount of seeds used may seem a lot, however, you can buy potatoes separately as seeds in a box which costs 475 pounds per 1 liter. Normal seeds cost 1260 per 1000 liters.

Spinach is the best out of all new crops in FS25. You can harvest twice from one single planting.

Spinach needs to be re-fertilized after harvesting it once but they do not require to be replanted. 

4. Sugar cane

Another one of the highest-yielding crops.

5. Carrots

Carrots were proven to be difficult to handle but at the end of the day, the crop yielded a decent amount of harvest and gave back a great deal in return.

6. Rice
