First of all, you will have to have pre-ordered the Premium Items and DLC of the game to be able to have them. Once you have done so, you will actually be able to obtain them in-game and find them.

It is simple really. You will have to follow the main story and progress through the quests of the beginning of the game that will be given to you. Once you eventually have progressed enough you will be in the battle with Thor.

You will then defeat Thor and then you will be brought inside a temple where you will find the 2 dwarves in the game. While you are here you will be given a tutorial telling you how to craft armor for you and your son.

Once you have done the tutorial there will be a chest nearby that will have all of your items and stuff that you have bought and paid for by pre-ordering the game. Now just open up the chest and you will have them all in your inventory.
