In World of Warcraft, mounts are used to travel from one place to another much quicker. They can fly, run on the ground, or even swim in the water. No matter what they are helping with, they are an amazing help overall for your character.

But some of them are much better in terms of their value, and how much you can get gold by selling them in the auction house. Here we shall go over the best of them. Let’s get started.

Best Gold Farming Mounts – World of Warcraft

Coalfist Gronnling

You must have a Garrison level 3. When you have this, you will get this very rare mission that you can complete once every week per character. The mission name is Breaker Two. It has different requirements every time, and the trick is that the reward is not always this mount.

Price EU: 800g – 8000g

Price US: 1800g – 2700g

Garn Nighthowl

You need to get to Frostfire Ridge. Go on the war west side. Somewhere north-west of Wor`Gol. You will have to kill the NPC named Nok-Karosh(a very big wolf). Guaranteed drop. Very easy.

Price EU: 750g – 12500g

Price US: 1400g – 3700g

Reins of Poseidus

Very easy to farm. He will keep spawning in these multiple locations as pinned on the map.

He has a guaranteed drop when killed, so it is fairly easy to get.

Price EU: 6500g – 15800g

Price US: 8500g – 13500g

Swift Springstrider

You can get this with the Holiday event Noblegarden. Very easy to get. Around 1 hour of farm should be enough.

Price EU: 23000g – 26000g

Price US: 26000g – 32500g

Swift Lovebird

Also from the Holiday Events. A LIttle bit tricky because you need 280 of Lobby Charms.

Eu Price: 90000g – 113000g

US Price: 98000g – 106000g

Great Sea Ray

You get this through fishing.

EU Price: 160000g – 240000g

US Price: 125000g – 220000g

Terrified Pack Mule

Harder to get, make sure you are in a group. Very rare. You will need to kill Hextrhalled mobs.

EU Price: 1mg – 1.005mg

US Price: 500000g – 625000g

Goldenmane

It can be obtained in lots of ways. Check WoW Head for more guides.

EU Price: 630000g – 650000g

US Price: 750000g – 950000g

Crimson Deathcharger

From Wrath of the Lich King. Get it from quest Mograine’s Reunion.

EU Price: 300000g – 365000g

US Price: 500000g – 530000

Minion of Grumpus

Only gotten through Winter Veil Events by buying Savage Gifts. Not so hard.

EU Price: 200000g – 225000g

US Price: 250000g – 300000g

Nazjatar Blood Serpent

Can’t be sold directly on Auction House. Gotten through getting Abyssal Fragments.

EU Price: 160000g – 200000g

US PRice: 200000g – 300000g

Wooly White Rhino

Only through the Black Market Auction House. Buy it, or get it through the containers.

EU Price: 4.5mg – 4.7mg

US Price: 4mg – 4.2mg

X-51 Rocket

Also only though Black Market Auction House.

EU Price: 5mg – 5.2mg

US Price: 3.5mg – 4.1mg

Tamed Bloodfeaster

Much easier to get. Gotten from Battle of Azeroth.

EU Price: 170000g – 215000g

US Price: 300000g – 400000g

Dune Scavenger – Top 3

You need to kill NPCs and randomly dropped at Baldwin. Easy to get.

EU Price: 320000g – 370000g

US Price: 350000g – 360000g

Deepstar Aurelid – Top 2

Obtainable from the zone of Zereth Mortis from the mob Hirukon. Can’t be sold directly in the Auction House. Get money from the Strange Goop.

EU Price: 140000g – 240000g

US Price: 150000g – 200000g

Ruby Cloud Serpent – Top 1

Farmable the easiest. It’s in Mists of Pandaria in these marked locations.

EU Price: 70000g – 85000g

US Price: 100000g – 115000g
