Go to The Obsidian Enclave in Valdrakken
You can turn in the Titan relic in The Obsidian Enclave, which is located in Valdrakken on the Dragon Isles.
Find the NPC named Sorotis, and you will be able to speak to him about the Titan Relic. Here, you will be able to turn in whatever Titan Relic you have and receive your rewards.
