The Unholy is a very interesting class to play in WoW. Especially since the coming of Dragonflight will change a lot of mechanics you will need to change your build-up a bit. In this guide, we will be giving you the best build option for the Unholy DK. Let’s get started.

Unholy DK Dragonflight Pre-patch Guide – WoW

Unholy is a very viable solution for you to be checking out and playing once Dragonflight is here. You will want to be keeping an eye on some very important things though. Let’s see what are the most important of them.

Stats

When it comes to Stats for the Unholy Dragon Knight this is everything that you need to know:

  • Versatility
  • Mastery
  • Haste

And also you need to keep them in this very same order. They are also all so good that you will want to combine and balance them out for your Hunholy DK. Do not just hyper stack on Versatility as some players do. This is a very big mistake.

We can say that Mastery and Haste are also very good when about the same level as Versatility. You will get the accessibility and the damage output to be just right.

When you do something like this you will lose the synergies that you are able to play with the other skills once you pick the required and correct talent tree.

You do not want to go on Critical Rate at all. It is the most worthless and pointless stat for the Unholy DK.

Legendaries

Just like every other DK class build the best legendary that you will want to go for is also the Unity. The best thing to put a Unity is going to be on your ring.

Also, you can go for Frenzied Monstrosity. This can be placed on your cloak and it will provide you that extra edge that you might need in every battle whether it is PvP or PvE. You will most likely want to use this for every build that you will see if it is a Death Knight.

Trinkets

Use the Badge. You will want to use it because you will have 451 on-demand strength. You might get shocked because it has a crit rate that you do not need, but that Strenght factor is so big that you will definitely want to be sticking with it.

When Dragonflight’s mechanics will come out you will be able to do a lot of burst damage. So having the option to just press a button and become basically a berzerker with damage, it is the most useful thing for you.

If you do not want to go for this though, you can always check out the Insignia. The Insignia will provide you with extra Haste that is always useful and very handy for the Unholy DK. It comes to personal preference whether you like more burst or more sustainability.

Also when going for the Runeforge, you will want to choose Fallen Crusader.

Talents

Source – Flakrness

These are the talents that you will want to be going for when playing with the Unholy DK. You are able to both do a very good job in all types of battle scenarios. So just stick with this and you will see yourself becoming a better overall Unholy DK.

That’s everything that you need to know about the Unholy DK Dragonflight PrePatch DK. We hope that this guide has helped you out. A big thank you to the YouTube user Flarkness. Check his channel out here for more details and information.
