How to Assign Crew to Outposts
In order to start recruiting crew members for your Outposts, construct a Crew Station. It’s an essential Outpost module located on the miscellaneous tab. You would need 3 Nickel, 5 Aluminum and 2 Iron to build one.
It allows you to assign crew members or companions. Once your initial Crew Station is built, navigate to the Crew Menu. From there, you can now select the crew member or companion you want for a particular task, or planet outpost.
Furthermore, you’ll encounter a list of outposts, ships, and vacant slots for assignments. Simply pick your preferred outpost, and just like that, your chosen crew member will be assigned to that outpost.
