Starfield how to find enemy ships

Bethseda’s Starfield is many things from simply universe exploration, resource farming and construction, to battle where you can find enemy ships and plunder them. We’re going to show you in this guide how you can find one in the game.

How to Find Enemy Ships

You may be looking to raise your piloting level or you’re just looking for some action in the game. After winning a battle, you can plunder your enemy’s ships for resources. But trying to find a ship can really end up in zero results and you know if you’ve been spending hours not finding any.

The first place is in Alpha Centauri where you can rank up your piloting by doing the training simulator.

Secondly, you have to find Hostile Activity that indicates ships you can attack. Hostile ships are aggressive and will attack on sight, but if you’re on the same faction as them, they won’t consider you their target. On the other hand, you can also just attack about any ship and they’ll turn hostile towards you.

Now, if you’re trying to find organic hostile ships, it can be insanely impossible. But there’s one surefire way to find them. Travel to the Cheyenne system and land on the planet of Akila.

Akila is a town on a planet that’s part of the main story, but truthfully you can land on this place anytime you want. So, if you can travel far, come here as soon as possible.

Upon arriving, you’ll find yourself in the middle of a rowdy town due to bank robbery. After solving that problem, you can go to the rook and talk about joining the faction, which is another mission. After an introductory mission, you’ll be allowed to access their Mission Board.

Now, the Mission Board has a permanent supply of missions. You can spam as many as you want, but for piloting you want to pick “Destroy the Crimson Fleet Captain At [LOCATION]”. The location randomizes but should be within the system that you’ve been to.

Travel to that system and land on just any planet. Once you’ve arrived, the quest will continue to tell you what planet the Crimson Fleet Captain is at. Locating the vessel isn’t going to be hard as you can also open your map to find them as well.

It gets even easier if you’re part of the Crimson Fleet faction. The enemy ships won’t even fight back until you start shooting at them. Bounty also will be removed if you leave no witnesses alive.

Head back to the Mission Board and get the contract again. You can keep spamming this mission for the piloting EXPs and Credits.
