For the stats, you’ll want to invest 160 points in Vitality and 330 in Spirit.
If you think the 160 Vitality points are still too low, you can also use items to increase your stats. You can use the Royal Hollow Cape to increase your Vitality by 30.
You’ll also want to use the King’s Wristband, Yamamoto’s Beard, and Hell’s Executioner.
For your clan, you’ll ideally want to go with a Strength-based clan. This clan will give you a 20% Strength Boost. This will help you deal more damage with M1 since you are going with a Spirit-oriented build.
It is also recommended that you become a Quincycar. Now, a Quincycar is an Arrancar that became Quincy. This will give you a x1.15 increase to all of your stats.
If are you a normal Quincy, this build can still be really nice. However, if you manage to get Vastocar, this can be a good boost.
