To find the famous clown in Osaka, you will need to go to Sotenbori Street. At Sotenbori Street, you will need to go right at the middle of the street.
When coming in from West Sotenbori Street, you will have to look left, and you will find the famous Osaka clown in front of a shop.
You can then take a picture of the clown and then go back to the person who made the request to complete it.
