Lethal Company is a game that truly reflects the horrors of capitalism as you explore abandoned worlds in search for scrap. You have to fulfill certain quotas of scrap assigned by your company that you need to collect, or else you will be wiped. Talk about high expectations! As you go through the worlds and gain scrap, you will gain ranks depending on how well you do.

There are a variety of ranks in the game, and some of the higher ones tend to confuse players since it is difficult to get there. All Ranks Listed & How To Rank Up Fast

As we have discussed, your main goal in Lethal Company is to get scrap and fulfill set quotes. As you complete these quotas and do better in your matches, you will gain Rank XP. Here are the ranks that you can currently get in the game:

• Intern
  • 0 – 50 XP
• Part Time
  • 50 – 100 XP
• Employee
  • 100 – 200 XP
• Leader
  • 200 – 500 XP
• Boss
  • 500+ XP

Keep in mind that these Ranks are not permanent. If you start doing bad in your matches, you will begin start losing your Rank and get demoted.

There is also a glitch in the game, that happens sometimes if you reach a very high XP after Boss. It results in your rank getting reset back to Intern, so keep that in mind when you are trying to exceed the Boss rank.

So, in order to rank up fast, you need to make sure that you get the best Performance Reports possible with the best Grade Rank.

Rank Progression is also tied to collecting items, where the person who actually collects the items and drops it into the Ship will get more Rank XP. 

You can identify this action when you trigger the popup while placing items in the Ship. Focusing on both of these actions during gameplay should help you Rank up higher.

But make sure that you fulfill your quotas, or you will get wiped, resulting in the lowering of your rank/s!
