Deep Rock Galactic – Bosco Build & Beginner’s Guide

Build Bosco right and survive missions better!

The Deep Rock Galactic is a four-person shooter set on the hostile planet of Hoxxes IV. As a dwarf miner, it is your duty to mine resources while fighting off enemies. This guide will show you how you can build Bosco in Deep Rock Galactic. 

Bosco Build – Deep Rock Galactic 

So who exactly is Bosco? Bosco is an all-purpose drone or APD-B317. This drone will accompany you during solo missions or while you are waiting for other miners to join. Bosco will complete the commands you order him to do so make sure you use him wisely!

For his Gear Modifications, we recommend going for High-Velocity Rounds, allowing him to shred enemies. Next, take the rockets due to their high damage output. For the next row, just take the extra life mod so you can get at least 3 revives. 

Take the High-Frequency Explosion on the next row to make it easier to defeat Grunt Guards. Lastly, take the Bigger Explosion for Area of Effect damage. This will make it easier for you to clean up huge waves of enemies. 

A little side note, if you are on an egg hunt mission, you can order Bosco to take the egg instead. He will bring it to you and you do not need to go to the nest itself. You can also make Bosco carry the Aquarq in point extraction missions. 

Lastly, you can order Bosco to dig out the Compact Soil that is blocking off the next area while you mine for other resources.
