After getting all the Christmas accessories, you should have two of them: Glacial Destroyer and Winter Cloak.
Starting with the Glacial Destroyer, you will notice that it looks like the ice form of the 10th Division captain, Toshiro Hitsugaya.
From the ice shoulder pad to the ice forming around the eye, you can now complete your Toshiro cosplay in Peroxide with this.
