As you level up and progress in Nightingale, higher tier craftings require you to find even rarer materials like the Fen Bass Oil. We’ll show where to go, what you need to make the oil, and how to finally finish the mission. We’ll also include tips so you don’t get lost in the sauce!
How To Get Fen Bass Oil
Fen Bass Oil is a product from Fen Bass Fish if you process it on the Refined Tanning Station. Fen Bass Oil is required for the Ludivine’s ritual components mission.
First, the Fen Bass fish. You can fish for these fish in the Swamp area. Don’t forget to take your Fishing Rod and start fishing. Fish for at least 16 Fen Bass or more because you’re going to need this for the recipe.
Bring these fishes to the Refined Tanning Station to make the oil which requires 2 to make 1 oil.
If you don’t already have the Refined Tanning Station, get the schematic from Essence Trader Cecil who sells Refined Schematics for 15 T1 Essences. You need 4 Carved Wood, 2 Blades, and 2 Lumbers to build it.
Aside from the quest, the Fen Bass Oil is also a great healing item providing 15% health regeneration/m, 10% stamina regeneration/m, and 20% cold resistance.
