There’s no denying that Anime Last Stand is one of the most popular games to come out of the monumental Roblox library. It’s basically a game where you summon all sorts of characters from different anime series, where they battle it out in Last Stand Tower Defense fashion! Of course, you’re all here for the Secret Hybrid Rias Guide & Showcase, are you not?

Secret Hybrid Rias Guide & Showcase
Also known as the Red Dragon Empress within the game, the Secret Hybrid known as Rias is one of the newest characters to come out with the brand-new Portals Update! You can get Rias from Tier 5+ portals (3%). So, make sure to get as strong as you can!
Naturally, we’re all interested in how this wonderful little character from the Highschool DXD series will do. So, let’s have a look at her base stats, shall we?
First and foremost, Rias attacks both from a Beam of Light as well as an AoE attack. The effects will change as you upgrade your unit during the fight.
Rias’ Upgrades (1-7)
Without the traits, her Placedown Stats at level 75 (alongside subsequent Upgrades) are as follows:
Upgrade 0
- 3.3k Damage
- 16 Range
- 6s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
Upgrade 1 ($1.2k cost)
- 4.29k Damage
- 18 Range
- 6s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
Upgrade 2 ($1.5k cost)
- 23.1k Damage (A pretty huge increase!)
- 20 Range
- 6s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
Upgrade 3 ($3.5k cost)
- 31.1k Damage
- 25 Range
- 6s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
At this point, you’ll notice that the AoE effect is different in that it pretty much surrounds the screen with a crazy red blast — outside of the huge beam that already engulfs her opponents. Whereas the units were simply getting destroyed before, now they’re being vaporized.
Upgrade 4 ($6k cost)
- 37.6k Damage
- 25 Range
- 6s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
Upgrade 5 ($8k cost)
- 45.8k Damage
- 25 Range
- 6s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
Upgrade 6 ($25k cost)
- 151k Damage (this is an extremely hefty damage boost!)
- 35 Range
- 11s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
Aside from the incredible damage boost Rias gets in Upgrade 6, and a pretty wicked change to the AoE effects. Instead of the usual blast you see, the surrounding area is hit by bolts of red lightning. As if that wasn’t enough, she turns into a full-on AoE unit, and it’s pretty much here that her value as a Hybrid truly shines. She really lives up to the name Red Dragon Empress, and most players would agree.
Upgrade 7 ($35k cost)
- 188k Damage
- 35 Range
- 9s Cooldown
- 0% Crit
What about the Idol Buff and Placement Limit?
Glad you asked! Of course you’re probably going to use Rias with Idol because of her incredible buff in the current meta. This upgrades the range of Rias from 35 all the way to 40.2, and you’re going to have to zoom out to see the AoE sphere of Rias at this point.
As for the Placement Limit of the Red Dragon Empress, you’re able to place her a total of 4 times. Can you imagine if you could place more of her? It would be insane.
So, what about her maximum DPS when you include the four placements?
A little bit of math will get you what you need. Since Upgrade 7 of Rias gives her 188k Damage, we can expect a x4 increase with her placements. That would bring her to a grand total of 752k Damage. Additionally, you can factor in the range of her AoE, and you’ve got yourself an incredible attacker.
Yeah. She’s not only going to be hitting hard, but it’s a full on 752k Damage from each gigantic AoE, especially with the Idol Buff.
What about her placement in today’s meta?
Since this is a Secret Hybrid Rias Guide & Showcase, it would be remiss not to talk about her current placement in the meta. While she’s a great unit, there are many other units in Anime Last Stand that can do a better job in Story/Portals.
While she can most definitely have a place in Infinite, she’s not breaking the mold as far as the meta goes. Boat, Strongest Sorcerer, and more, seem to be able to do it all. Units such as Mash are no slouch either! That being said, she’s still a surprisingly hard hitter, and one that’s worth summoning for.
