The new Major Update to Type Soul has added a ton of new content to the game. Not only do we have new locations added to the game – we also have All New Factions that you can choose. One of these new locations added to the game is the Mythical Exchange NPC area.
This NPC is one that a lot of players are interested in. This is because you can get Mythicals by simply exchanging your useless Legendaries. So, we strongly recommend you visit this NPC too. In this guide, we’ll show you the exact location of the Mythical Exchange NPC. Let’s dive in!
New Mythical Exchange NPC Location
To get to the new Mythical Exchange NPC location in Type Soul, here is what you need to do:
- Go to the Rural Side of Karakura Town
- Enter the Red Barn and talk to the Mythical Exchange NPC
- Exchange Legendaries with the NPC for Mythical items!
Mythical Exchange NPC Location
Starting off, we’ll be showing you the exact location of the new Mythical Exchange NPC in Type Soul.
To find this NPC, first make your way to the Rural Side of Karakura Town (KT). When you’re in this area, you are looking for some barns in the area.
There is a specific Red Barn that you will want to enter inside. The Red Barn is shown in the image below.
Enter the barn and make your way up the ladder to the top platforms. You should already see some players around this area.
On the top platform, you should be able to see an NPC with blue hair. This is the new Mythical Exchange NPC.
Obtaining Mythicals from Exchange
Now that you know where the Mythical Exchange NPC is, how do you get the Mythicals from her?
Start by first talking to the NPC. Select the Yes dialogue option so that you can enter the Exchange menu.
In the exchange menu, you should see all the Legendary items that you have on the left side. In essence, you’ll be exchanging your Legendary Items to get Mythical items.
You’ll need to exchange any 10 Legendaries to obtain 1 Mythical Item. So, select 10 Legendaries that you do not want. You’ll need to stack them in the box that is shown in the menu.
Once you’ve selected 10 Legendaries, click the Complete Exchange button to finish the transaction.
Currently, it seems that there is some confusion regarding the Mythical Exchange process. Many players have complained that they have not received any Mythicals.
So, it is possible that either the exchange is glitched, or you only get a chance to obtain Mythicals. Until things become clear, we recommend that you be wary when you decide to visit this NPC.
