Feebas may not be one of the most beautiful Pokemon out there but it certainly is when it evolves into a Milotic. These water-type pokemon require a specific item to evolve into Milotic. This guide will show you how to get Feebas and evolve it into a Milotic.
How to get Feebas
Before you can get Feebas, you need Surf, Defog, and Strength. After getting these Hidden Moves, you need to go to the Lake inside Mt. Coronet. You can enter Mt. Coronet by Route 211.
Keep going north, moving boulders out of the way until you reach a fork going to the left. Go left and down the stairs. Use your Defog in this area and use your Surf Hidden Move on the lake.
A random 4 tiles in the lake will have a 70% Spawn rate for Feebas. Try fishing for 2 Pokemon on each tile and move to the next one to find the tiles.
How to Evolve Feebas
To evolve Feebas, you are going to need a Poffin Case. Go to Hearthome City and talk to the Pokemon Fan Club Chairman and he will give you Poffin. Enter the house to the left of the store and create 10 Dry Poffins using 1 Chesto Berry and 1 Razz Berry.
Feed all the berries to Feebas to increase his or her beauty. After leveling up, your Feebas will evolve into a Milotic.
