For those long time Pokemon fans Rare Candy is something that they should know by heart, it’s a candy you give to your Pokemon to level them up instantly. In Pokemon Go there are different candies for different Pokemon that they can use to level up beyond max level in the game. Rare Candy in Pokemon Go is a type of candy that can be used on any Pokemon so it’s great to have a lot of them on hand.
There are a few ways to get rare candy, some of them are better than others since they’re more consistent and give you a lot more Rare Candies. Here are all the ways you can get Rare Candy in Pokemon Go:
- Raid Battles
- Field and Special Research
- Trainer Battles (PvP)
- GO Battle League Rewards
- Adventure Sync Rewards
Field and Special Research, Adventure Sync Rewards and PvP Trainer Battles are ways to get Rare candy but they’re often not the best. PvP Trainer battles only give you Rare Candies after fighting someone for the first time. Field and Special Research sometimes rewards you with Rare Candy, but they’re only a few, same goes for Adventure Sync Rewards.
If you want to get a lot of Rare Candy fast the best way to do it is through Raid Battles, since you can get up to 3-15 Rare Candies per Raid. So if you get a chance to do a Raid, even if it’s for a Pokemon you don’t want, it’s better to clear it to get Rare Candies.
