Collecting weapons in video games is always fun, finding the best-looking weapons for your character is what I usually do in MMOs.
In other video games, I often collect them for their stats, playstyles, and unique skills, it’s best to be prepared for anything after all! No, I don’t hoard them like a dragon with gold, I use them sometimes too!
In Sons of the Forest, there are a lot of different weapons in the game, and in this guide, we’ll show you where to find all 7 gun locations in the game, so that you can collect all the guns!
Sons Of The Forest: All 7 Gun Locations
There are a lot of different guns you can find in Sons of the Forest, from Pistols to Shotguns and even Revolvers.
The image below is where all of the weapons you can find in the game, not just guns but also different melee weapons as well!

#1 Pistol Location
The first weapon on the list is the humble pistol, whatever the brand of the pistol is if it’s a Glock or a Beretta we want it.
To the western parts of the map there you’ll find a floating covered raft in the middle of the sea. Swim there and go on top of it and you’ll find the pistol inside!
#2 Second Pistol Location
There’s another pistol in the game and it can be found in the southeastern parts of the island shown above. This place is actually filled with loot along with a Katana.

Once you get inside the underground area and see the cutscene go through the room where you see the giant monster and go to the first door to the right. There you’ll find a corpse with the pistol next to it.
#3 Revolver Location
The next level from the pistol is the revolver, still a handgun but with a bigger cartridge.
To get the Revolver you’ll need to head to the northeastern parts of the island, there you’ll find a golf cart and two poles. In the middle is a place that you can dig with your shovel. Dig there and find the Maintenance C hatch, and go down to continue.
There you’ll find a hallway and the first door to the right is where you can find the revolver next to a corpse!
#4 Shotgun Location
Next is the Shotgun, if you want something that’s 10 feet away from you disappear into a red mist! This powerful short-range monster can be found on the northwestern parts of the island. For a better look at the location, check out this guide!
#5 Second Shotgun Location
There’s another Shotgun to be found in the game and it’s in the eastern part of the island inside the Final Bunker complex.
Go down the stairs, left into the complex, straight, and left to down through some stairs again. You’ll find another room where you’ll need to go out the other side.
You’ll see a hallway, go left where there’s a wet floor sign shown below.
Now go through the glass door and stick to the left where you’ll see some pictures, go right through a door where you’ll find a fancy room. The shotgun will be on top of the counter there.
#6 Stun Gun Location
The Stun Gun is another weapon you can find in the Sons of the Forest and pairs pretty well with the Stun baton.

#7 Rope Gun Location
The last gun on the list isn’t actually a weapon, but still a gun!
The rope gun can be found in the western parts of the island where there are a lot of rivers and lakes. Again, we have a guide right here to show you exactly where it is.
