In Arcane Lineage, the Assassin is one of the classes you can go for. Each of these classes will give you different actives and passives with various effects. As the Assassin, you will be able to become invisible and untargetable which allows you to sneak on your enemies.

No Medic Assassin Progression Guide

Remember the Slime Chunks that you obtained earlier? Since this is a No Medic Assassin Progression, you can only heal yourself from the small healing potions. These potions can be crafted using the Slime Chunks and Everthistle (A herb commonly found in average climates. Found under trees near Caldera Town. Has static spawns.). Remember to use them when you’re low on health and you’re ready to go.
Then, go back to The Crossing outside the city and start defeating some more enemies like Thieves and Slimes. These enemies will give you some of the items that you can sell at the Merchant. Before you continue progressing, you’ll want some currencies for yourself.
Then, in town, you will want to look for Boots, and ask him to teach you the way of thievery. For each time you use your 50 currencies, you’ll be able to unlock a passive or ability. Upon talking to him, you’ll receive Agile, Stab and Pocket Sand. These are some of the abilities you can use as a beginner before you advance to the Assassin Class.
Then, you will want to go back and defeat some more Thieves and Slimes. On defeating Thieves, you will have a chance of obtaining the Dark Slash skill scroll. Upon using this, you’ll receive the Dark Slash ability, which allows you to perform a slash that does heavy damage.
Keep playing until you reach the last level and have obtained about 65 stat points. Then, get yourself a lot of those healing potions and Abhorrent Potions. After that, you’re ready to go find the NPC and change to the Assassin Class. You’ll want to find the Inette, the Assassin Trainer’s Location to start changing classes.
