There are plenty of ways to get yourself some much needed loot in Honkai Star Rail. One of the safer options is scouring the entirety of the Herta Space Station. This is made even easier if you already have the Authentication Keys.

Another good source of loot are the local Warp Trotters, you’ve seen these creatures before. They have a distinctive gold and black color and can be spotted around specific areas of the map. In this guide, we will show you how to find the Warp Trotter that’s wandering around the Base Zone. Just be sure to keep the fight short if you want to catch them!

The Warp Trotter can be found near the Reception Center fast travel point. It’s on the left tunnel that leads further into the backrooms. You only have to go halfway as the Warp Trotter is just along the first bend. You’ll have to be quick when putting it down as that will give it time to run away. Here’s a map of the surrounding area.

The Warp Trotter is a slippery fellow. Prioritize all of your attacks towards this creature only to make sure it falls first. Otherwise you’ll have to reload the area again to repeat everything.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
