Asymmetrical Roblox horror game Daybreak 2 has a very, very wide catalogue of Survivors players can play. Each of them has different skills and perks which makes different playstyles can make some of them shine. This is the tier list based on the meta, but don’t let this be a war! You can choose to play whichever character that you want, as long as you their drawbacks and benefits.
Best Survivors Tier List
Survivors in the game can be unofficially divided between gen rushers, supporters, and loopers. Some are very simple and easy to use while others are theoretically good on paper, but can be mechanically hard to control and master.
Below is the tier list for Survivors, the best to the worst to have in a game. And we’ll talk more about why they’re where they are in this list.
Must Have
- Arlo Flores is the Nurse and as the name implied, he has 10/10 healing perk. With Healer’s Touch, he’s the perfect annoyance in the group that keeps the team alive. Even when the killer is wrecking havoc.
- Crystal Kaur, the Foreseer, is must-have because of her Clear Quartz perk. She can give it to another player and it’ll make both of them completely silent from their breathing, footsteps, to interacting with lockers. This is applies for the whole round unless one of them dies.
- The Florist gives extra life to whoever picked up Iris’s flower pot and once someone picks it up, the cooldown stars and you have to remember to keep dropping them.
- The Marine Biologist, Dakari Bowens, is a ranged healer and start with three charges. He can instant heal 75% from a range and gets two more charges for his Heal Gun every time he finishes a gen. He’s a substitute for the Nurse if you don’t have him.
- Players that play alone can benefit more using the Lone Wolf, Sarah Lindholm. She is great in big map as she has big buffs when by herself and has double gen repair speed on her already 6/10 stat.
- The Heiress, Yan Tian, can use her detection machine perk to prevent getting sneaked up on. On top of that, fast gen speed means she can be alone.
S-Tier
- Crosby Aldrich, the Prince has high repairing speed, especially on generators that got kicked. They become undetectable as well when they do this.
- Jun Inagaki, the Quarterback, does not flee from the killer and is one of the more annoying survivors to face. They can take an extra hit, they can also heal faster, but absolutely bad at repairing gen. It is a top pick for loopers.
- Emery Rivera has a unique perk, the Disappearing Act. As the Magician, her job is to do a gen near a locker and teleports out once she’s done or in danger. She’s one of those characters that can work on her own.
- Gavin Prescott, the Police Officer, has high stats in gen, but only 6 points in Speed and Stamina. But his perk, Gavin’s Pistol is hard to land, although it can stun killer from a range for 1.75sec or 2sec if it’s a headshot. He starts with 2 bullets and will get more by finishing a gen. He’s extremely hard to master, hence the high difficulty.
- The Delivery Boy Jack Sato has Stealthy perk that lets him crawl faster while being undetectable. He can go around while crouching to escape or just do sneaky gens, although he’s slow at it.
- The Pirate is an S-tier because of his perk, Rauhm, that can shield other characters, speed them up, and slow the killer. On top of that he has high healing and speed.
- The Interrogator excels in getting around quickly and her perk specifically requires a downed survivor to reveal the killer’s location. She can do gens while looping.
- Yvonne Kojo the Prisoner has Fight or Flight perk that basically stacks with each downed, killed, or getting herself detected. She can use those stacks to either run, do gens, or save others, simple but easy and OP.
- One of the better looper character is Emil Singh the Activist. Once a player is downed, Emil’s perk can start working where he gets stacks that can buff himself. And even negate a hit from the killer!
A-Tier
- Kelvin Mars, the Tracker has good healing and gen stats. He has Sonar Dart which can either reveal the killer and if it sticks on them, it’ll also slow them down.
- Serena Wolfe, the Hunter, can tell when a killer had just went by, even for undetectable killers. Each downed character allows others to also see the killer’s trail to escape, or loop them.
- The Inventor is a gen user, with a 10/10 gen skill and has the upper hand to escape from the killer. Because of her skill, Gabrielle Cole can be a supporter on the side while keeping the team posted on killer’s location every half a minute.
- Eman Attia, the Wallflower, she can take one hit and become invisible for 12secs with her perk, Evanesce. It allows her to escape with speed boost and silenced footsteps and breathing. But she has a drawback where she loses speed after that 12secs.
- The Bartender Parker Kaplan’s per is the Triple Mocktail, an actually interesting perk where he can buffs his own gen speed or healing speed.
- The Escapee, Elizabeth Payne, has Self-Assurance perk to pick herself when she’s downed. She can force killers to camp her, but otherwise, she doesn’t have gens or other stats. But she’s a solid looper.
- Riley West, the Thrill-seeker, has similar perk to the Wallflower. But instead, he keeps his life and gain speed boost for 8sec instead of 12sec. And during the match after that, he gains 1 bonus speed point, but loses 1 repair point from his already low 4/10 repair stats.
- The Spiritualist Seoung Kwan knows when a killer is getting close because of her heartbeat radius. Whenever she is detected or if someone’s downed, she known the killer’s location. Unfortunately, that’d require her to be active in chat to make that useful for the tteam.
B-Tier
- Eiji Inagaki is the Photographer who carries an Old Camera that allows him to blur the killer’s vision for 3sec. If he successfully land the shot, Eiji becomes silent and invisible for 3sec.
- Another B-tier in the roster is the Softball Star, Mamo Ikaika. She has the melee weapon, Bat, to stun the killer. Users should focus on not running away, but actively seeking out the killer to confuse them.
- Dae-Jung Pak, the Idol, is similar to the nurse, but his perk allows him to revive others or when others revive him faster.
- Rayner Byrne the Knight can deploy a shield to block attacks that can turn into a solid object.
- Callum Callagher, the Jock, is a support character with his perk Team Spirit that allows him and another player run away. He can help healing other teammates, but has bad gen speed.
- Cora Madden is a gen user with support perk, Investigative Eye. She has 10/10 for repair and 9/10 for healing, but definitely, don’t use the Investigative Journalist for healing, especially if you have a nurse. The more gens she finish, the more information your teammates have on the killer’s position.
- Elijah Songaa, the Camp Counselor, you can stun the killer after staying in there for 5sec. Elijah also has balanced stats.
- Adriana Penn, the Influencer, is a locker user and a preferred character for new players. When in most chasing games, hiding in the locker isn’t encouraged, Adriana is different. Hopping into a locker makes it almost impossible to find her because she barely make a noise.
- The opposite of the Lone Wolf is Taylor Dalton, the Tutor. His perk relies on sticking to another gen user to boost both of their speed.
- The Rockstar Nami Deng’s perk, Hard Times, depends on your luck, so it can be a hit or miss. But she has low gen speed. And the buff you get from her perk is small.
C-Tier
- Becca Prescott, the Final Girl, is the kind of character that’s more of the opposite of a team member. The Sole Survivor perk makes her a beast in the late game, but otherwise you can loop for a short time with her.
- The Nerd is one of the easier characters to use in the game with his simple perks and balanced stats. Aaaqil Che isn’t the fastest gen character, but he can revive other players faster than most. Nailing the skillchecks also grant small gen boosts.
- The Trapper Kyle Wolfe has Bear Trap perk which can be placed to stun killer 3secs, but if there are more than one Kyle users, the stun time decreases. He has low gen speed as well as healing, a character that can secure the final gen with his trap if necessary.
- The Popstar’s perk is Xingxing’s Mic that increases teammate’s speed, but for only 2.5sec. She has low gen speed, but high healing speed and stamina. Chaoxing Lai is decent looper character.
- Amari Taymiyyah, the Wanderer, is one of the easier characters to use for people who want to learn looping. Her perk, Vagrant’s Trick, is passive that renders her invisible after vaulting every few seconds.
- Yronica Ayala, the Mean Girl, is an escapee especially when another survivor nearby is downed. She has 4 repair stats and can do gens without risking herself.
D-Tier
- Saadiya Ali, the Equestrian, blocks a vault for 5 seconds after 10 seconds of chasing. But the Perk itself deters killer from keeping on chasing her with a blocked vault. She has 4 gen speed, so overall, not a better choice compared to other loopers.
- Yeona Jeung is the Fangirl who can be annoying to deal with. She has nearly permanent information about the killer as long as thye’re doing anything – chasing, kicking the gen or interacting with a locker.
- Dakota Nicole’s Flame Spray perk is situational. The Resourceful can slow down killer with it, yes, but it takes a while before you can stop a killer. It’s also easy to target her when she uses the spray. So you could be risking your safety while using this can without no guarantee of it being successful.
Avoid
- Nathan Reyes is the Bodyguard and has the ability to shield himself and friends in an area from damage. If the block is successful, you’ll slow down the killer. He has really bad gens speed, however, and tend to get ignored in higher elo matches.
- Yara Valle the Runner has Second Wind perk that lets her gain back stamina instantly, and then boosts her speed when it’s under 20.
- The Private Investigator Ryder Parikh has a specific perk to reveal the killer’s location to her teammate. But assuming you’re in a voice chat or have other better detection character, you don’t really need him.
- Serena ‘Sera’ Vera the Skater is worse than the Wanderer because of her horrible repair speed. Her perk only allows her to skate faster and doesn’t help her team.

ooh girl this tier list is *ss… the characters with 2 repair have that because their looping power is broken! they help their team by looping the killer… not to mention the repair debuff isn’t even THAT big!
I personally disagree with yeona, kyle, rayner, nami and yan
Yeona is gives too much information and is very helpful when people actually communicate with her. S tier
Kyle and Rayner can close off a entrance and prevents getting sneaked up on. Kyle lower A and Rayner higher a since higher stats
Nami is a lose/lose for the killer when they detect. They either detect and give a gen/speed boost on nami or she still hides. A tier least
Yan is way too map dependent and even then she is also killer dependent with how she only counters stalk. Maybe A tier
