When going through the game Derelict and collecting all sorts of resources, you might notice that some are much harder to find than others. Not only do you need to get the proper tool to gather resources, but also have to worry about your skills. To add to that, some resources need very specific ways of getting them like through an ability or harvesting things at the right time.
In this guide we’ll show you how to get the Sunrise Dew, a resource in the game. This item needs you to have the right level, the right tool and the right time to gather it. Now let’s see what these requirements are!
How To Get Sunrise Dew
Gathering certain resources in Derelict can either be easy or involve a lot of steps. There are some resources that you just gather using the right tool while there are some that require specific conditions.
To get the Sunrise Dew, follow these steps:
- Discover the Weeping Grove Bonsai, get a Steel Axe or better, and have at least Level 26 in logging.
- Go to the Weeping Grove at night and look for willow trees with blue orbs around them.
- Wait for Sunrise.
- Chop the trees when the orbs turn white.
- Get Sunrise Dew from the trees!

Detailed Walkthrough
To even start getting Sunrise Dew, you’ll need to get the requirements first. You’ll need to have access to the Weeping Grove Bonsai. You’ll also need a Steel Axe or better, as well as at least Level 26 in logging though higher is always better.
Once you have those requirements, you can then go to the Weeping Grove. You’ll need to go there and night and look for Willow Trees. Don’t worry, they’re not hard to find. That’s because these Willow Trees have floating blue orbs around them like the one shown on the image below.
Once you’ve found some, you’ll have to wait till Sunrise. That’s because when Sunrise is starting, the Blue orbs will turn into white ones. That’s when you get out your axe and start chopping down the tree! Once you do that, it’ll drop an item and that’s the Surnrise Dew!
Now, all you need to do is repeat that every time you need to get a Sunrise Dew. Remember, go to the Weeping Grove, Look for Willow Trees at night, wait for the orbs to turn white, then chop them down!
