Fist Plate Location
To get the Fist Plate, go to Route 215. Climb the stairs and go down to reach the grass patch. Keep following the pathway until you reach a stone area with a set of stairs.
Climb the stairs and go north until you reach another set of stairs that is going down. Go down the stairs and follow the path to the right until you see a tree that can be cut down. Use Cut to remove the tree and reveal a pathway.
A trainer will challenge you when you enter the area. After defeating the trainer, you will find the Fist plate on the ground.

A Fist Plate is a held item that can increase the power of Fighting-type moves. It is an item associated with Arceus. The game first introduced the Fist Plate in Generation IV. The plate can increase the power of Fighting-type moves by 20%.
