The description of this level explains it as a problem that all the people from the 20th century will have. That is the problem of occasionally forgetting how much this time period was ruled with prisons and jails everywhere. With this level, you will be constructing some easy food to send out to all of them. You will pass it in quite a couple of steps.

Just follow everything that is shown in the pictures down below and you’ll see that your machines will do magic!

This one is very tricky and hard to pass. You will need to make a whole puzzle of roads and attach them to all kinds of scanners along the way. The biggest thing that you should worry about is the letters that are next to the machines. Make sure that you’ve set them up as shown in the pictures above.
