Nobody likes sand, it’s coarse and rough and gets everywhere!

Last Oasis Complete Beginner's Guide 2022

Starting from scratch and jumping into a new game might be daunting for some people. This is doubly true for games where PvP is constantly on. That’s why games like Rust can be tough on new players who don’t know the basics of the game. This is because they’re thrown into the wolves immediately upon starting. Some games have tutorial areas to mitigate this. However, most players quit upon leaving the area and the more experienced players prey on them. In this Last Oasis Complete Beginner’s guide we’ll show you some basic tips and tricks in playing one of these PvP centric games.

Complete 2022 Beginners Guide For Last Oasis

For first time players of Last Oasis, they get a chance to learn the game through a tutorial area. Do not skip the tutorial area, that’s the first tip for you. It’s a place where there won’t be any PvP so you go around gather as much resources as you can and understand the basic concept of the game. This is the perfect area to level up and gather resources before heading out.

Speaking of resources, always harvest fiber. They’re good for your stomach in real life and in game they’re virtually weightless. Almost every item needs them to be crafted.

While traveling around the map you might see these large ruined structures, you should always check them out because there’s always loot in them inform of boxes.

When you see an item with a number on them that means it’s a quality item. Usually, you’ll get some when harvesting resources. DO NOT merge a non-quality stack with a quality item stack, it will ruin the quality item.

Place important items into your walker’s storage. Unlike chests that you place on top of your walkers, the storage of a walker is harder to access and takes time. So if something attacks you, they will have to spend a lot of time just to get to your important items.

When you see a large patch of white sand, do not go near or on top of it! These patches of sand will spawn in enemies that can easily kill a new player.

When you’re leaving a zone remember that the sandstorm that you see is only for you. Players inside the zone can clearly see you, so make sure to immediately leave the zone if you need to and don’t think that going at the edge of the zone will protect you.

When you do go out and venture outside the tutorial zone remember that to keep an eye out for the difficulty of the zone. For starting players, we highly recommend that you go to a medium difficulty zone, since high difficulty ones are often places where clans are due to the abundance of resources there.

Also remember to keep an eye on the red number. That number is the number of players that have died recently in the zone. If it’s above 10 then there’s probably something going on there that new players shouldn’t get themselves tangled into.
