Melvor Idle is a good Idle or AFK game with multiple features and items for you to discover. You can also let your character automatically farm and fight enemies while you are away. However, some players experience issues with the game continuously playing in the background of their devices.
Crashing or Memory Problem
Some players are experiencing some crashes, errors, or a problem with their memory. You should not encounter this problem as long as you are updated to Alpha v0.20. If you are still experiencing this problem, you can submit a bug report to the team.

Game Silently Running in the Background
Other players also experience the game running in the background even after they close or exit the application. Before you run the application, make sure that the game you are using is up to date. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Go to properties in your Steam Library.
- Click on the Updates tab and enable the Automatic Update feature.
- Go to the Local FIles tab and Verify the integrity of your Game Files.
- Restart the game and try relaunching the game.
You can also try to Whitelist the game in your Antivirus to prevent it from crashing.
