In Nightingale, there are a lot of tools and weapons that you can craft for yourself to explore the world. There are some tools though that can directly help you explore more like climbing up mountains!
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can get on top of the mountains in the deserts so that you can collect resources or enjoy the view. Now, let’s see what we’ll need to get on top of this!
How To Get on Top of Mountains in Desert
There are a lot of tools in the game that will help you gather all sorts of resources but there are some that aren’t used for that. Instead, they’re there to help the players traverse the massive world the game gives you.

Here are all of the steps that you’ll need to do to get on top of the desert mountains:
- Craft Climbing Picks.
- Use the Climbing Picks to climb up the walls of the mountains.
- (Optional) You can also make foundations and stairs and build a tower next to the mountain.
- Get on top of the mountain!

One of the items you’ll want to get is the Climbing Picks which you can use to climb vertical surfaces. By sticking to a wall or cliff face and pressing the V-key you’ll start climbing up. This will take a lot of stamina so keep that in mind!
You can use these picks to climb up the mountains in the desert areas. Or if you don’t want to do stamina management and have the resources available you can also just build!
You can build foundations and stairs going up the side of the mountain and use that to get to the top! It won’t look pretty but if you don’t mind that then go right ahead!
