To get Petrified Ichor, you will first need to craft a Biome Card and then most importantly, a Gloom Card (a Major Card). This is important because in order to get Petrified Ichor, you will need to find Darkweaver’s. Using the Gloom Card will increase the chance of a Darkweaver to appear.
To find the Darkweaver, it’s recommended to go at night, as Darkweavers seem to spawn regularly at night. However, there is a chance they will spawn at daytime.
Either way, finding a Darkweaver means you will need to kill it in order for it to drop the Petrified Ichor. However, this enemy does a lot of range damage, so it’s recommended to bring a gun like the Lancaster Pistol.
