Some people report that their controllers don’t work in-game and that’s a big problem, so to remedy this here’s a possible fix. All you need to have on you is your PSVR controller and a regular PS5 controller. Now let’s try to fix that problem.
First turn on your PSVR Controller. Then go to the top of the home screen and go to Settings, that’s the gear icon on the upper right next to your account picture. Then go to Accessories and then to Bluetooth Accessories.
There you’ll see the different accessories registered to your PS5. Look for the PSVR controllers and select them and delete. Once you’ve done that you can then plug the PSVR controllers and resync them to the PS5 again.
Another possible fix is to run a PSVR game with your regular controller while the PSVR controllers are turned off. Once in the game you can then turn them back on one by one.
