There are 11 Notes and 2 Blueprints that are available for the taking in Vasagatan.

Here are the locations of the Notes and Blueprints:

The 1st Note is inside the ship’s back entrance. Enter the ship through the back door, go inside and in the room is the 1st Note on the table with a functioning light, center of the room.
The 2nd Note is on top of a table in the kitchen area. From the 1st Note location, open the personnel-only door with a crowbar. Follow the path and enter the 4th door. Inside is the 2nd Note.
The 3rd Note is located beside the 2nd Note room. To enter, you need a Red Key which you can get from the bathroom.
The 4th Note is located inside the locked red locker, the first door of the personnel area. You need to get the Boltcutter from the Red Key room to unlock the locker.
The 5th Note is located in the bar area of the Blue Key locked door. To get there, unlock the Blue Key door with the Blue Key found in the red locker. Go up the stairs, head left and enter the room with a green exit light above it.
The 6th Note can be found in the 2nd floor upper deck area. Outside of the door which requires a Key Card, to the right is the sitting area where the note is located.
The 7th Note is located inside the main bedroom/library on the 4th floor, where you need to unlock with a Green Key. To get the Green Key, head to the 3rd floor and find a dance floor which has a Card Key. Use the Card Key on the 2nd floor locked door and inside is the Green Key.
The 8th Note can be found on the 1st floor inside the Captain’s Quarter. Head inside and find a safe that needs 4 digits code (the code is in the same place as the 6th note).
The 9th Note is right beside the Captain’s Quarter in Room 2 just sitting on the table.
The 10th Note is on the 3rd floor inside the room that is blocked by a huge safe box. You need to craft the Car Jacker to move the safe box away.
The 2 blueprints and the last Note can be found inside the main control room leading to the Bridge area. To get there head up to the 5th floor and blow up the door using the Bomb that you have crafted.
