Monster Awakening Guide in Summoners War: Chronicles
You can only awaken level 3 to level 5 monsters. And you can awaken them up to 15 levels. Monster Awakening enables your monsters to have a new appearance plus new and stronger skills. And 5-star level monsters can even gain their ultimate skill!
Below are the requirements for Monster awakening:
Essence of Magic
You can obtain Essence of Magic in Cairos: Hall of Magic. Another way is through processing and cooking.
Attribute Essence (Fire, Water, Wind)
You can obtain Attribute of Essence also through the Hall of Magic and by Profession: processing and cooking.
Gold
You can earn gold in numerous ways. Get gold by doing tasks, collecting rewards, farming, and more.
Monster Pieces
Breath of Life
You can get Breath of Life in by exchanging Monster Pieces, side questing, farming, and collecting rewards. You can also obtain them by doing raids, leveling up your Profession, and by earning achievements.
Monster Pieces
You can obtain Monster Pieces through summoning, resummoning (the same monsters), and opening boxes and shards. Monster Pieces of similar type and attribute are needed in levels 4 and 5 of Monster Awakening.

Monster awakening truly helps your monsters and team be even more powerful. Upon reaching level 5, your monster will obtain a new, fiercer look, and your five-star monster will become a six-star monster. You can also notice that the star became purple. And the original three skills have one added skill and an ultimate.
