These are sarcophagus shaped vaults that can contain a variety of rare resources, like the Conductive Metallic Foil. However, you will need a Code Analyzer if you want to open these Encrypted Vaults.
Once you find these Encrypted Vaults and use the Code Analyzer, you will need to complete a small mini game. Simply hit the required prompt on the screen on the highlighted area a few times and the Encrypted Vault will open, allowing you to get resources like the Conductive Metallic Foil.
