Finding some specific types of items can be pretty hard in Tower of Fantasy. They do not spawn anywhere on the map and you will have to go to the precise locations in order to find them. The Cocoa Beans are items that are needed for crafting and be sold for actually a good amount of profit too. They are a little tricky to find though because of how scattered they are. The biggest problem with them is that they only come to a couple in a place, so it means you will have to actually move around a lot.

A good place to start the route for Cocoa is by standing exactly as shown on the map above. You will be looking at the dam and the first Cocoa location is actually going to be right behind you.
Now you will just keep on walking and following the main road. Once walking here you will notice enemies and next to those enemies you will be seeing Cocoa. They will be scattered around some areas, coming by 2 or 3 in a pack.
Keep checking everything left and right of this road here.
You will see a couple on the right, and a couple on the left. They are fairly easy to spot because of how they shine in the grass.
Once you get a little higher, you will see some Cocoa immediately on your left. Keep checking the trees too, they might spawn some Cocoa under them as well. Once you get to the very top you will see plenty of Cocoa right around this big building.
You will see a barricaded base at the top. Go in and around this base and check everything to the very cliffs. This way you will locate a lot of Cocoa at a very close distance.
That should be it! Just follow the main road and stick around that highlighted area. Here you will find the most amount of Cocoa on the whole world map.
